Jim, Eileen and Katie recently attended St Marie’s School to meet the children who had benefitted from a donation to purchase books for their new library, sports kits, outdoor benches and sandpits.
The sports kits showing the school crest have been worn when taking part in various sports competitions, they are very proud to be wearing them (see image below).
The children had made a large ‘Thank You’ card with ‘star’ comments from pupils and year groups (see image below).
A letter of thanks was also received from Executive Head Teacher Mr White. Our Children’s Charity Merseyside representatives were very pleased to have visited a lovely and welcoming school.
The school had a lovely happy atmosphere, and the children were well behaved and appreciative of the items we had funded.
